We offer FREE Shipping around the world. Delivery times are estimated on a best effort basis and cannot be guaranteed.

Section 1 - Shipping Methods
We divide the time between the customer placing an order and receiving the product into processing time and shipping time
Processing time: 3-15 business days (due to the special nature of the lighting product, secure packaging is required)

Shipping Time
Expedited Express: 7-14 business days
Sea Shipment: 25-40 natural days
Logistics partners: FedEx, DHL, TNT, UPS, etc.

Note:
1. Affected by Covid-19, there will be some delay on the delivery;
2. Packages larger than 39 inches (100 cm) will generally default to shipping by sea. If you want to receive the package expedited, you can contact us for a solution.

If the package has arrived in your country, when delivering the package, if it coincides with an official holiday in you country, the package will be delivered after the holiday.



Section 2 - Below are some products that take longer than average.
Out-of-stock products

Although we strive to keep all of our listed products in stock, we sometimes sell out of certain products. If you order a product that is out of stock, we will send you an email update as soon as possible. You will then have the option to continue and keep that order or cancel it. If you keep this order, we will notify our own factory to produce as soon as possible. And we will do our best to ship your order quickly.

Customized Products
Customized products are tailored to your needs, so it will take time and we will deliver within 7-20 business days if you confirm your order.

Section 3 - How long will it take for me to receive my package?
Estimated delivery time = processing time + shipping time (depending on your location)

Orders must be processed before they can be shipped. The time you wait before receiving your package is made up of delivery time and shipping time.


Section 4 - Taxes and Duties
Once a package arrives in the destination country, it may be subject to import taxes, duties and related customs fees. These fees are determined by the customs office of the particular destination.

The payment of USA fees and taxes are the responsibility of the Fabtiko.com. For other countries, due to the shipping forwarder policy, need receiver pay for it. Pls contact us for more details.
