What material is the light?
Fabtiko only offer Real Alabaster light, we do not do Artificial Marble, or Resin based alabaster. the stone imported from Spain and carefully Hand Crafted by skilled Artisans.
What metal material is the light?
Fabtiko only offer Copper material, focuse into the high quality light fixture, we do not use Iron or Stainless steel.
For color, the most popular color is Brass, some type with Black color, these are the normal color. Other color can be Customized: White, Bronze, Nickel, Chrome. Special color will with longer lead time.
What Color is the light?
Default color is Warm White 3000K, and two color for Option: Natural White 4000K, Pure White 6500K, with same price. Below we can see the color difference.
What LED Source is the light?
High lumen efficiency LED Strip, G9 Lamp, E27 Bulb, LED Mould, it depend on different design, use suitable light source to show the perfect light effect.
How long is the cord, what is the installation height?
Cord usually 1.5mt~2mt (59"~78.7"), it can be adjusted based on your request, mark the length or height needed when order, then we'll make for you.
What certification is the light?
For USA and Canada, the light use UL or ETL approved LED Driver and Lamp;
For Europe, the light use CE approved LED Driver and Lamp;
For UK, the light use UKCA approved LED Driver and Lamp;
For Australia and New Zealand, the light use SAA approved LED Driver and Lamp.
How to customize products?
If you do not find a specific design of chandelier in our websit that you like, but you need to do is provide pictures or design drawing. you send us photos or drawings of the lamps and you specify base size, color and material.

What if I enter the wrong email or address?
Please contact us because we can change your email address, name, and address, but we cannot change your order.

How should I prepare when shopping for lighting?
First, must know your budget. Second,you look for pictures from magazines or desgine websit that reflect your taste. Third, collect fabric swatches or color chips for any area you are redecorating.
How do I know which power supply supply to use?
First Determine the application environment(indoor dry, indoor damp and outdoor), Not all power supplies can be used in every application. Second, calculate the total wattage of tape light that will be used, to calculate wattage, multiply the total number of feet by the W/ft . Finally select a power supply that is equal to or more than the total wattage of the tape light.U.S. conventional voltage: 110 ~ 120V. European conventional voltage: 120 ~ 240V. We can also customize it according to your needs.
What is the best way to install my new lights for the Light Fixture?
There are installation instructions included in every product we sell. If you feel installation complicated, we recommend you contact a licensed contractor or electrician.
How can I cancel an order?
You can cancel your order, you can contact us to help you cancel your order. But you need to contact us before your order has been sent out. We cannot help you cancel your order once the goods have been sent out. Thank you for your understand!
